This cylindrical bread roll originated in several different Italian American communities in the Northeastern United States. While these sandwiches vary in names depending on their U.S. city of origin, the bread rolls are equally delicious when split lengthwise and filled with meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments.

Italian, French and Cuban dough are all similar with a mild flavor and soft tender texture. Perfect vehicle to showcase your delicious sandwiches and unique spreads. They come in various lengths with similar dough weights however the height and widths vary depending on the specific pan/screens.
