Bread Pudding
A delicious, homey, decadent finish to a meal. Bread Pudding is always a crowd favorite and a great way to utilize leftover bread. Sous Chef Matt Jones from Boone’s at Bobby Jones Golf Course along Tanyard Creek in Buckhead uses Engelman’s brioche and Texas toast soaked in Buffalo Trace Bourbon to make his amazing Bourbon Bread Pudding.
