Country Wheat: Hearth Baked
This hearth-baked bread is a classic soft, tender wheat bread with a dusting of bran baked around the crust. The dough has a light touch of honey to highlight the grains. Great when eaten plain, as a cold sandwich, as toast, or with a grilled cheese.
